  • After driving down to Arizona and having a great experience with a Volkswagen dealership down there, I'm bumping this down to one star. The place down in Arizona gave me no hassles, there were no games, and they took my trade-in without a problem. I'm now the proud owner of a new GTI, in the color and trim I wanted. Since this was the only dealership who refused to take my trade-in (and that was after days of back and forth and not mentioning this RIGHT AWAY), I feel like it was basically a line to get rid of me because I wasn't just going to bend over and overpay for a car. Between that and telling me they couldn't get back to me in a timely manner due to having "other customers", I give this place a huge thumbs down. If you're in the market for a VW, I think it's honestly worth the trip/hassle of going out of state. I got much better service and a much less stressful experience that way.
