Overpriced and not customer-centric. I paid $265 for a move out "deep cleaning," that "guaranteed" my rental deposit return. I did not get the refund and my rental property spent an additional $200 to Molly Maids to conduct "light cleaning."
The back and forth correspondence of our dispute with our landlord took 4 months and when I informed Jessica, she attacked our character and seemed fixated on the fact we came back "five months later." She claims it would have been guaranteed to find out about it within 24 hrs. Not much of a window if you are going to guarantee something like a refund from a large property management firm. Her responses to our concerns were so calculated and condescending that it was evident that this is the way business is run for her, and she's clearly had these conversations before.
In terms of the service, the cleaning crew was young, inexperienced and clearly not detail oriented. Their chemicals stained the kitchen sink. Had there been any compassion and/or attempt to offer some type of consolation or a smidgen of a refund on the services, I might have a little respect for this "business." When you attack your customers in the accusatory way this person did, all I can do is warn others to stay away.
