  • I love this apartment complex. It's very pricey but worth it if you can afford it. The apartments are all great, there's a small gym, a private pool, and the back of the building has a 6 foot deck until you hit the lake, that's how 'on the water' you are! Not all of the apartments have balconies and there's a wait list for the ones that do. I like having a private gym but I don't like the repetitive machines without variety. They have a coffee machine for complementary k cup coffee everyday which is nice! There's an office workspace and a public party room too. Personally, I love my apartment. It's very spacious and all of the appliances work great! Everyone is so nice, even the secretaries and guards. Great place to live!
