  • WORST 4 day HOTEL "EXPERIENCE" (CATASTROPHE) in my ENTIRE 63 years life!!! Examples: A. 20 degree temps outside--FREEZING shower water inside, for FOUR days!!! My grandchildren cried and begged me not to make them shower. B. I did not know the electrical outlet did NOT work. In town for a college graduation and phone did not charge to take pictures during my son' ceremony. C. Incompetent "maintenance" personnel. D. RECEPTION DESK: Lack of a sense of urgency plus NO follow-up. Refused to let my husband in room when hotel KEY DID NOT WORK, without verification from me, his wife, when I was out of the area. E. No apology or compensation. NOTE: ONLY reason me and 65 year old husband stayed, in midst of this drama, was because we scheduled our "stay" (nightmare) on Priceline and room was nonrefundable. A second hotel was nor in our retiree budget.Priceline said 2 1/2 - 3 stars. We give it 0 - 1/2 of a star. My husband and I will NEVER EVER stay there again!!!
