We purchased a Tyndall Pedic Diamond Plush King Mattress and platform on June 4, 2011 for $4,327.84. In July of 2011 we called the company to report the mattress was bad (sinking with back pain). Inspector agreed. Mattress was replaced. We used the replacement for over a year and progressivly both our backs were getting worse.
We called the company January 2013, with the same problems. Very uncomfortable that both my husband and I wake up every morning with back aches. New type of inspection was done this time and the Inspector used a string to test the mattress and of course the he found no defects. This mattress has been discontinued. Wonder why?
We received a letter notifying us that if we wanted to have internal inspection done we were responsible for the transportation cost involved to get it to and from the factory. Meanwhile, no mattress replacement and we would pay to have them take the mattress. We would not have a bed to sleep in and have no idea as to when they would bring it back or replace it.
I beg you to please never buy anything from this company. The sales person John was only interested in selling a high priced mattress and the company does not stand behind their 20 year warranty or for us 1 1/2 years warranty.
