rev:text	My home warranty company also sent this company out to take a look at our ductwork for no airflow in our bedrooms. They were also initial friendly on the phone sent a very nice technician out to diagnose the problem. The technician wrote up an extensive note and took pictures of a lot of issues which we found some were approved by the home warranty company and some were not. I called the office again after the work order was approved and spoke with a gentleman, Andre in the office who was incredibly rude and had no idea what was going on. I asked to speak with the manager who was friendly and understood what I was requesting. They scheudled a technician to come out 48 hours later to start the job. The next day my husband called to confirm the appointment as it was a 6 am appointment, at which point the guy Andre on the phone said its not approved (even though we had approval from the home warranty company) and we're not coming out. NO call to us to let us know they had cancelled the appointment. We asked to speak with the manager, he said he wasn't avaible and to just call the home warranty. I called him and asked again what was going on... all of a sudden they were cancelling our appointment and not letting us speak with the manager. He said he get him a message. I told him I'm concerned he's not getting my messages and this is important --he then accused me of calling him a liar and hung up the phone on me! I called him right back and said this is terrible customer service and incredibly rude, you don't hang up on customers. He said you called me a liar and said he was hanging up again! We called the home warranty company to complain and I found out what they reported that needed to be fixed wasn't even half of what was on the technicians report (which some items WERE covered by the home warranty company) they gave me a copy of! The home warranty company sent out another company for a second opinion and we requested Consolidated Mechanical be removed from their contractors list. Awful customer service, definitely something sketcy going on over there. Would never recommend them unless you want to get jerked around and hung up on!
