  • Stopped by yesterday to get gas and went inside to ask for them to revalidate an expired car wash ticket I have bought and put in my glove compartment. This has happened before and they've issued me a new one no problem. However, today was different! The boy on duty looked at me like I had worms in my ears took it over to a lady who was obviously charge. I was told they couldn't do it. I paid five dollars originally it was only out of date by six days or close to that. I told him that's the last car wash I'll buy from them. I told him to enjoy the five dollars on me and walked out the door. What's happened to good old fashion customer service? By the way, I am a former Shell oil dealer and over my service bay doors it said "service is our business" Come on Ahwatukee Auto Spa, get it right!
