  • Sadly when the new management company took over the MGM Signature, they also took over the cafe. All of the food there is still pretty good, but the menu is completely changed. Feels more like they cater more to adult tastes but the prices are still reasonable. Instead of the gelato, they have a beer on tap. And while that's not bad, this is Vegas. I can literally walk 30 feet and get a beer or any other alcoholic drink but I cannot get gelato. A short walk down there's even a full bar, so I don't see the point in getting rid of the gelato.
