I called in to see if walk ins were easy to get in, but they recommended an appointment. I got in the next day with Patrick.
If the other staff members are anything like Pat there will be no comparison - he was great! He was the main person I dealt with. He had a simple approach: he asked me what I wanted, he LISTENED, made good conversation, and EXECUTED my haircut perfectly. After 5 years of mostly average haircuts in the valley it was incredibly welcome. Pat values your time and has a close attention to detail. He gets what customer service is.
The only lacking part of my visit was another worker showed up and walked right passed me (only customer in shop) without as much as a hi. I don't need you to be a shoulder to cry on, but remember you all are part of the brand and a hello is probably better than nothing. Make us feel welcome and we come back - simple approach works for most customers.
Overall, I'll be back many times over. Just make sure to make an appointment ;)
