rev:text	If I could give negative stars I would. I bought a groupon and had a new guy named Jonathon cut and color my hair. The color looked like a zebra and the cut was horrific. I knew things were bad when he was parting my hair in awkward ways and employees kept walking by watching him and monitoring. I attended a hair show a few weeks after and got an amazing cut for my thick curly blonde hair , but I wanted the color fixed so I called the salon and spoke with Chirin who agreed to redo the color for the groupon price. I told her to TRIM some pieces , but DO NOT cut my hair. Well, she cut my hair!! While she did fix the color she destroyed my hair cut. She cut it so badly with a basic angled cut my hair looked like I had puppy dog ears and would NOT curl. My colleagues and husband actually said what happened to your hair? I called Chirin to fix the cut and never heard from her. I also called the salon and never heard from them. WARNING: if you have a problem with you cut, color, or service no one here cares so patronize at your own risk!! At the recommendation of a friend I found a fantastic stylist somewhere else who said whoever cut my hair gave a standard non experienced cut that works against curly hair. She saved it, but it took months to grow back to what I had before. I went to the salon and spoke to Chirin and the owner about getting my money back but they'd were useless and did nothing. Chirin was argumentative and unprofessional. Bottom line, there are soooooooo many other places in Vegas to get quality hair services. Chirin is unprofessional and inexperienced. Run away from this salon!! Probably why they have so many groupons...
