Clean. Friendly staff. Only downside is the website says free parking. It does NOT say "limited space". So they were booked on parking. I rode around for an hour trying to find a reasonably priced lot for over night. If you park in the lot o 8th that extends from Prospect to Euclid, you only pay $5 per day on the weekend. That was compared to $25 or more I was quoted from other lots. Of course I'm writing this before I go to retrieve my rental which may or may not be there when I go to leave. :P Overall though the Residence is nice and historical. The complimentary breakfast was great with hot and cold choices. Reasonably priced and spacious. The full kitchen and free wifi gets bonus points.
