  • If I could put NEGATIVE STARS I would! My sister has been coming here for 6 years and absolutely loves them! But unfortunately tonight when she asked to get chrome acrylic nails she had to have them re do her nails 3 times and still did a horrible job there's dents in her nails and also fly away hairs stuck in them!! Instead of taking them off and doing them the right way they chose to keep working and hurting and well as rubbing her nails raw pain is beauty but it should not take arguing to get the way you want a service done and at the end when she was frustrated and crying instead of working with her they tried telling her the nails were perfect and demanded she pay them! One of the workers said since it was messed up and they weren't listening she could take them for free since she was unhappy with their work, as two other workers yelled at her that no she had to pay! I don't understand how someone can have the audacity to tell someone how they want something done when they're paying for the service! This is not how you treat customers and they just lost a loyal one!
