  • My spouse and I did relocate from coastal North Carolina to Summerlin. Being very unfamiliar with the area, the local building structure and the dry weather landscape, we definitely needed a buyer's agent. We researched on Yelp and came across Faith Harmer from Urban Nest Realty with excellent reviews. We called Faith and described our situation. Even when we were still in NC, Faith set up a MLS page for us with houses meeting our requirements. As soon as a new listing came out, we received an e-mail message. When we made the move in our RV to Las Vegas, we met Faith and Heidi Tuai in the office. They gave us a very detailed overview about the current market and answered all our questions about the different areas in Summerlin. Then we went house hunting for 1 1/2 weeks, changing our mind about the ideal house several times. Seeing the houses, yards, neighborhoods in reality is a much different experience then just exploring them on the computer. Heidi and Faith guided us through this very emotional decision process. We had always experienced that they put our personal interest first. Heidi and Faith never tried to push us in any direction or to higher priced properties. When we finally made our offer, they guided us through the buying process, helped with the inspection and any outstanding repairs. Now we have a house where we feel at home again and in an area that fits our needs. I highly recommend Faith and her team for all your real estate business.
