  • When you walk in to the store you feel a little like you are in a flea market or goodwill however head straight to the back and you'll receive fantastic customer service. I had requested a quote through Yelp and heard back within a few hours. I had asked about getting my boots winterized and a rubber sole put on. The price quoted was actually much higher than I was charged, definitely a plus. When I went into the store (and when I picked up my shoes) both men I worked with were professional and very helpful in explaining how best to care for my shoes and helped me pick best option for adding rubber sole. If you check in on Yelp they offer 20% off your services. In total my shoes cost me less than $35 and I think they look fantastic. I had even asked about cleaning a pair of Nike's and they said to bring them in and they would give it a shot with their steam cleaner. I will definitely be back!
