  • I don't have much good to say about my experience with the Anaala Salon on Atwood. To begin with, they have only two chairs in the waiting area. The entire time I was there, there were more than two people waiting, so some people had to stand. The haircut itself is....not good. I had brought in a picture, and it's nothing like it--really a completely different cut. Where I wanted it to go down, it goes up. Where I wanted it to go up, it goes down. It's inches longer than I had asked for--it really wound up being much more of a trim. Usually when my hair looks like it does now, I'd go in for a haircut, except I just left the salon. (sigh) Weirdly, nearly everyone left with a wet head. They don't seem to blow dry after a standard haircut. After all of that, the customer service when I was trying to check out was horrible.
