  • I'd just like to update my previous review - they do a great job at grooming my dog, however they have an issue answering their phones. I've called during regular business hours multiple times in one day to try to schedule my dog's appointment, and it ring and rings, and eventually goes to voice mail. I've left messages before, and no one returns a phone call. This is the only reason that I'm thinking about switching to a new groomers. It's kind of annoying having to call multiple times just to try to make an appointment. It's not very professional. Answer your phones!
