  • If Gilda or a young man is working, you'll get a perfectly made drink. Those two do a great job and are personable. Today my husband picked me up my usual drink (venti iced lightly sweet chai) and it tastes like milk. I'm wondering if the person put ANY chai in my drink. I asked my husband who was working, and it wasn't either of the regular two people I've mentioned above. So sometimes when the right people are working, you'll get a consistent and tasty drink, but if not, you might get something terrible.
