Lost a customer for life today. I got an e-mail offer for a $50 tablet the other day. After going to the store and being on the fence about purchasing it I decided to go for it. I also had accessories and other holiday presents I was going to buy it. When I got up front they told me I had to print the coupon. Being 30 minutes away from home they said I could print it in the store. When I got where they directed me the 3 printer specialists couldn't figure out their own products. After 15 minutes of them scratching their heads I asked if there was a manager that could just price adjust the $10 difference of the coupon. I waited another ten minutes for the manager to arrive and tell me there was nothing they can do. In 2015 it is absolutely absurd that "micro center" of all places. won't accept a coupon off of a tech device. So all in all micro center not only lost a $200+ sale, more potential holiday sales and a customer for life but I will also down talk the company any chance I can get. Terrible customer service- bottom line.
