  • Mountainside Arrowhead location is ok. Its still new and nice looking. Staff in the open hour is great evening is whatevers but im not there to be thier friend so saying hi or not i could careless. Cleanliness is whatever its a gym its going to get dirty. As long as the bathrooms are clean thats fine. I started out going after work around 1600-1700 but now i refuse to go during that time. It gets ridiculously packed with dumb asses who dont know how to work out, socialize, babysit the machine, on the damn phones while on the machines, kids who just mess around, a girls there just to get hit on. So i started going in the morning when they open. There still a handful of tools but most of all legit people who want to work out. I dont wake up that early too bull shit so I really like this crowd of people. 3 stars because they are constantly out of things at the bar. A protein shake is my breakfast before work since i go right after. So I end up havung to go get fast food or the cafe at my work. Over all decent gym.
