  • I've been going to this office for over 7 years. ONLY because I loved my dr. The office staff is terrible, rude, unprofessional and has no clue how to run an office. They never pick up the phone. I have to physically walk in to make my appointments. When you have an appointment, anticipate waiting at least 2 hours before being brought back to a room. I would be so upset and then once my dr comes into the room, my frustration goes away because he apologizes for their lack of competency. My dr has since left there. Good for him! I will no longer be a patient at that shit hole of an office.
