  • We are adding our accolades for Bryan and this company as well. My husband puts a lot of stock in online ratings and contacted IWS based on Yelp reviews when he started to suspect our water softening system wasn't working properly. Bryan spent a couple hours at our house doing a complete evaluation, including tweaking and optimizing the existing settings, replacing filters on our kitchen filtering system, and sharing a lot of his knowledge. My husband, who is pretty handy around the house himself, was very pleased to learn more about our equipment. At the end, Bryan didn't charge us at all for the visit. Like others here, we can't say enough good things about the great level of service we received and would highly recommend Bryan and IWS.
