  • I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews! I called and they said I'd probably be seen within 90 minutes. It took a less than 60 minutes, and my experience was phenomenal!! I arrived past 10 PM and I had my 21-month-old with me, who was a basketcase from spending the day at the airport. I was extremely pessimistic when I arrived because there were at least four other parties waiting and my daughter was already having a meltdown. She'd been up since 8 AM with no nap, and I was so sick with a sinus infection that I could barely fill out paperwork without losing track of her whereabouts. The nurses offered her a basket of snacks (this is kept on the counter for any patients who want them, along with water bottles), and when that didn't do the trick, one of the nurses got a toy that belonged to her own daughter, which my toddler happily played with throughout the entire visit. It even kept her busy during my exam, which I barely had to wait for. The doctor identified that I indeed had a sinus infection, then asked a few questions to make sure he didn't give me antibiotics that had already been attempted or give me anything that I've found ineffective. They gave me the address of a 24-hour pharmacy that was NOT on the Strip, much to my delight, then sent me on my way. I can't believe I'm about to say this about an urgent care visit (with a toddler, no less), but Concentra made it EASY. I've had more trouble going to the regular doctor than this. I wish all medical appointments were this pleasant!
