  • Very disappointed in the service we experienced. The facility and the cleanliness was very good and typical of a Hampton Inn. We booked for 5 nights but had something come up after our third night and had to check out. We were going to be back the following day and wanted to stay back here again. The clerk confirmed our check-out and with minimal hassle confirmed that he had made a reservation for our return the following day. Upon our return, we were notified that we were never checked out and that we would have to pay for the night we didn't use, even though we had been told we had successfully checked-out! Complaining didn't help and we were tersely informed we were simply out of luck. When we went to check out after the last night of our stay we were asked if we wanted a receipt. We said yes since we probably would need it to protest being charged a night for which we should have been checked out. We were then told that the printer was down and that they would email it to me. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my receipt. In short, our stay here was not great and not fun. Will check out other options more closely next time.
