  • I had a spa day with my mother including facial, massage, and mani/pedi. My facial was done by Faith and she was absolutely amazing! I was shocked to hear she was just getting her feet wet in the skin care area because she seemed like a long time pro! The spa was very welcoming and we had a wonderful overall experience. The reason I am giving my review only 3 stars is because I had a prenatal massage with Denise and it was one of the most disappointing massages I have had. It was a very basic massage and she barely did any other body parts besides my upper back. She also talked the entire time, which is not something preferred in a relaxing quiet massage. (I am not giving a low rating because of her talking though as I realize this could be personal preference and some may be open to that, the rating is strictly based on the quality of the massage). The receptionist apologized and gave me a discount on my massage, which was completely unexpected, however very appreciated. Overall my mother and I had a great experience with our day Spa, and we would absolutely return, just making sure to request specific staff members to do our services in the future.
