  • Went in to see about getting another line added to our account and waited around for about 15 minutes to see if any employees were going to come out of the back, but no. There was 1 guy working, setting up a new account for a couple and 5 other people trying to do whatever they came for plus me, and 1 employee! Seriously? One employee on a Friday evening!? At least this guy seemed to know what he was doing because I have been in this store plenty of times and the other employees I have dealt with didn't seem to know what they were doing. I left, wasn't going to wait two hours to be helped. Someone else will get the commission
