  • Initially had them scheduled to come out for routine AC tuneup and maintenance, there was a little confusion on the appointment but Mark came out on Sunday and made it right. After making the appointment I turned the unit on for the first time this year and the blower wasn't working, so I was afraid my routine tuneup suddenly turned into something major. Mark took a look and it turned out it was only a few loose wires which he easily fixed. Knowing nothing about the system, I'm sure I could have easily been told it was something major. Mark was honest and fixed it at a very minimal cost, then he proceeded to clean the outside unit and top off the coolant, again at a very reasonable price. My house is 29 years old, I'm sure I'll be needing major work done at some point in the future. I will definitely be calling these guys again if and when the time comes.
