  • I love nektar but after today, I don't think I'll be back. I came in with my boyfriend and we both ordered acai bowls. It wasn't terribly busy, but there was a small rush of people who came in after us. A lady that came in 2 or 3 people AFTER we did got her bowl before us, but I didnt think much of it since my boyfriend got his bowl right after. But then they kept calling out orders that weren't mine and after sitting there and waiting for nearly 30 minutes, I was very annoyed. My boyfriend went up to ask them what was going on and all they said was "sorry, we'll make it now...sorry"... they made it and called it out, and another lady who also ordered the same bowl and I walked up and took it. I could hear the cashier tell the girls that they had just given away my bowl, which I should have gotten a while ago. They finally made it and the place was nearly empty. Almost 15 people that came in after me got their order before I finally got mine and I didn't even get an apology for the wait. Will not be returning..
