  • We bought a Tempurpedic mattress, adjustable platform, sheets, mattress cover, and dresser from them. Spent about 4K on the whole purchase. They misinformed us on the difference between cali-king mattresses and king mattresses. Long story short, we didn't get the mattress that we were originally comfortable and happy with (which was a king size, not cali king). They won't exchange it, or make any effort to correct their short comings. They even went as far to fabricate a story between salesperson and manager in regards to them "verifying multiple times" that the cali-king is what we wanted, which is NOT true. The wife and I decided that it wasn't a fight that we wanted to pursue because it would negatively affect our short time together before I get deployed again. Poorly educated, and unknowledgeable staff. They seem to have no character or pride in what they sell/do. Buyer beware.
