If they had zero stars that's what this joke would have gotten. Zero stars for customer service, zero stars for finished product. I dropped off a brand new dress (literally cut the tags off in the store) from Bebe to be cleaned because there was a slight mark on it from someone's shoes when trying on. When I went to pick the dress up the mark was gone but I had a lovely array of brown marks all over the dress. I asked that it be cleaned again due to the marks yes you read that right MARKS as in plural. They cleaned it not once,not twice, but three times and guess what the MARKS are not only there but are all over it now. The $200 dress is completely ruined!!!! I spoke with the manager/owner and that was a joke. He just kept saying sweetie it wasn't us it was you that put those stains on it. REALLY?!?!?! How in the world did I put them on the dress?!?? side note they've had it since I bought it from the store. As I came right after I got done shopping to have it cleaned for an event that I wanted to wear it to. Hands down the WORST dry cleaners in Las Vegas. Oh and they refused to give me the money I paid to have the dress cleaned back. So not only am I out $200 for a dress that I'll never be able to wear, but also out of the $10 to have it "cleaned."
