| - I had a flat tire and had my insurance company to schedule a tow pick-up at 5:30PM. Well, I was at the location and in my car waiting. Nothin'. So after 15 mins of waiting, I called. The female dispatcher informed me that the tow truck left because they couldn't find me. She said he also tried to call me, which is weird, because I didn't receive ANY phone calls. I had to call Geico again to schedule a pick-up. It was going to be an hour later, but I was like, that's fine. I gave them benefit of the doubt- maybe they called the wrong number. I told my insurance company to have the tow-truck driver to call me, and they confirmed I will receive a phone call 10 mins before the meeting time. I never received one, so I called again. I got the same female dispatcher, only this time, she was rude. She said the driver at the location and he was going to call me. He didn't. Thank god i was on the look out, or else he would've probably missed me. Heck, he even admitted it too that he thought he was going to see me....... He never called me btw, I had to walk over to him. He didn't even go by the spot I said I was. I'm only giving two stars, because at least the driver was helpful. Overall, the experience was shit. I changed my mind, I'm only giving it one.
