  • I am in love with this place! I wish all my doctors had as great of an office and practice as this one does. I genuinely enjoy talking to the front desk girls and to the staff. They are all such a joy to be around and to talk to. Every time I call, somebody always answers right away and they always are able to answer any question I have right away. It is very personable there. You don't feel like it's so big you're just a number and they just give you generic answers. They even took the time to write out all the insurance plans they take and help me find a good one - no other doctor office does that. And they always get me in right away too. I have seen both Dr. Kells and the nurse practitioner Sandra. They are both very down-to-earth and made me feel very comfortable right away. You don't feel judged at all. I was also so impressed with how knowledgeable they were on so many different medical things. And they always call in and refill your prescriptions right away. Everyone at the office always returns your calls, too, right away. The office is so clean and nice with the most up-to-date technologies. When you walk around the office, every person working there is so happy and has a big smile on their face and treats you like family and makes you feel very good about yourself. They even have the Patient Portal on their website so you can fill out all your paperwork ahead of time, get your test results right away, etc. And if you have trouble with the Portal, they are always more than happy to stop what they're doing to help you with it or walk you through it on the phone. It is also so nice because they take pretty much any insurance out there. I would definitely recommend this office to anybody!
