  • I was in this shop a couple of years ago and was very unhappy with service and people working there. I am forced to take company truck on regular basis to Jiffy Lube for service. Went in out of connivance after not being in there for awhile and was surprised to see all new staff in place, and was treated very well. Went back with work truck a couple of times and decided to take a chance with my personnel vehicle here again. Went in to get a list of service I knew was need for my Durango. Was greeted by ticket writer Robin who was very helpful in getting the most bang for my buck, ensuring I got all the offered discounts on the different services I was planning on getting already when I came in. Spoke with Manager Bing and Mechanics Monty, and Michael about the work to be done. Had no pressure to add items or unnecessary service to run bill up. They detected issue and told me take it back to where I had it done for the repair to save me money. I think I found a shop that I can trust for now. Hope they don't transfer this group of people away.
