Retail jobs are one of the hardest social jobs out there. Customers come in with all types of emotions, demands, and unrealistic standards but I have always been surprised at the extreme lengths Kohl's goes to try to make the customer happy including its return policies and discounts. Sometimes I wonder how Kohl's can stay in business with how many discounts they give the customer. Lastly, the jewelry staff at this Kohl's has always been extremely nice to me and helpful even though I do not know anything about jewelry or giving it as a gift but still am very opinionated about it.
