  • Provided a survey like most other doctors, such as whether I drive, what I eat, how often I work out, what substances I take, etc When checked whether I drink, and checked that I drive, he assumed I drink and drive. Threatened to call the city on me if I don't quit my 'bad habits'. Said (quote) "If you don't quit drinking by the next time you see me I'm going to call the city to get your license revoked" Terrible doctor, never had anyone threaten me like that. Also wife went in to get her shoulder checked and doctor would not let up with pushing birth control on her. Nothing to do with the reason why she was in. Check his ratings on other sites worst I've seen
