  • Don't live at Village Green. Prices advertised of 600 not the actual prices, so don't think you're getting a deal. Most tenants I found to be on section 8 Rent so while you pay for this $900 piece of poo, someone else is getting it for cheap. I want you to understand there are no extra amenities for this price. There is no tennis court as advertised, they start making noise at 7:30 in the morning. You won't sleep. The walls are thin the floor is thinner. There is a laundry room and a pool. - I moved here from Wisconsin and got swindled into moving here. The price quoted on the phone changed once I got here and I didn't have time to move into another place. My most recent issue is that I was charged twice for July rent. Once by the previous property management and by once the current. No is returning my phone calls to get my money back, but there was a notice for my rent being late. ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME, I paid you twice!! The walls and floors are thin as s___. Your neighbors will know everything about you if you don't whisper. The Walls are thin, Floor is thinner. No private conversations, they will hear when your handling personal account information, when your planning to not be home, they'll know who you bring over and when. - I could here everything from my upstairs neighbor. My neighbors were horrible. The one above would start singing at 8 in the morning and playing guitar, then played the tv loud at night. I heard every argument, sexual act and conversation. I don't have use of my bedroom due to it flooding. Nothing was taken off of my rent even though i haven't had use of my bedroom for 7 months. The kitchen sink, dish disposal and dish washer are broken. Can't wash dishes. Water is constantly being turned off for one reason or another. Must I go on. Just save yourself They are under new property management, renovations are being done. Staff is hella better than the one before. But all that was stated earlier is still true, even with new staff
