The atmosphere in this place is strange. It keeps a busy crowd and the staff is not rude, but I guess you could say indifferent. I can't complain about that because I don't think I have ever been to a Vietnamese restaurant that was extremely hospitable. What gets this place four stars is the food and prices. I have had the Pho, Bun Mi, spring rolls, egg rolls, fried rice, stir fried noodles, and vermicelli and they are all really good and very cheap. One of the few places left that you can get a delicious filling meal for under $5 still.
