After listening to employes laughing in the back in my 15 minutes of waiting in an empty front room, I was taken to a treatment room by the doctor who right off the bat tried to convince me to use my Botox groupon for dysport. I hate dysport and wasn't interested. That really didn't matter, since I was informed there was no Botox.
No call, no email, no verbal at the front desk when I checked in. All of this could be chalked up to bad customer service and poor planning, if almost the same thing hadn't happened to my mother three weeks prior.
If you want to move your Dysport, put out a groupon for that, don't use the bait and switch tactic. Not cool.
Needless to say I've requested a refund through groupon and will not be returning.
