  • The experience I had was very strange. I was told right away to wash my hands, this is before a welcome or any kind of proper intro. it seemed like the lady helping me was going over a script in her head. She did not seem very engaging and came off very stressed out. The salon is very small and not easy to move around in. The seats are high barstools and likely have a back. I am pregnant and this was not the most comfortable way to sit. there are so many choices for colors and design it can be a little overwhelming. The lady who was servicing me was on her phone a lot, I felt like she was just trying to get through the service. When other customers walked in she gave them a lot of attention forgetting about me some. she skipped a lot of steps and after two hours, my manicure was done but looked very sloppy. I was just glad to get out and will not be returning. that's right, you read correctly, I only got a manicure and it took two hours
