I absolutely love this gym. I've been a member for 3 months now, and I am so happy that I found it. I came from a variety of yoga-only studios, and when I feel like yoga, I can certainly do it. They offer decent yoga classes at least once a day.
But they also offer spin. They offer ballet! Best of all, they offer the most amazing aerial fitness classes. Try all of them, they are all so fun.
Air Yoga is great for playful, relaxing fun.
Air Ballet will kick your butt.
Air Fitness will kick it harder. That class is ridiculous. They have aerial dancers for teachers.
Apparently something called Air Core is coming. I suspect it will involve upside down crunches, which we did once in Air Fitness, and it nearly killed me. I loved it.
They offer fusion classes of Spin and Strength, Ballet Barre and Strength, etc. So in one hour you can get a well-rounded workout.
You can't get into a workout rut here because there is too much variety. They offer perfectly timed morning classes so I can go before work. They offer lunch classes so I can go on my lunch break-including 60-minute or 35-minute classes. So I can do a short class if I'm pressed for time or just incredibly sore from yesterday's class.
The owner Shama is really wonderful. She's always there and always asking for feedback. I can't recommend this place enough.
