  • I am a long time patron of the Alamo Hand Car Wash on rainbow and russel on the south side of town. I discovered this location a while back and have been coming here because it is closer. They do a great job on my vehicles and this is the only place I let touch them. This locations customer lounge could use some improvement. It is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I don't know if they are trying to save money or what but it's at least 80 in there. The soda fountain machine is out of ice and syrup/CO2. One of the employees even tried to get ice lifted the lid saw it was empty and never bothered to fill it. The other location never had these issues. I don't see the management over site here like I did at the other location. They do a great job washing my vehicles but need to step it up with customer service.
