It's like most ofnthe Massage Envy locations I've been to. There isn't really anything special about the location or the place itself. It's your front desk check in and waiting area. There are 3 seats available (more if you're a couple and don't mind sharing). Then there's another waiting room past the double doors. Supposed to be a quiet and relaxong place to wait. I've never chosen to wait in there. Don't know what it's like. The chairs in the front area, although comfortable, are very visibly worn and cracking. Makes it look a little cheap in there.
The massage rooms are fairly standard, nothing special to note there.
I've received massages from Joseph and Justin. Both are good, but I would definitely recommend Joseph. He is good at using the right pressure based on what you tell him, and it is consistent throughout. He has a natural flow to his movements and doesn't feel rushed.
