  • I love Old Navy, but this particular store is always a disaster! Not just because it's the holidays. Sadly I wasted my time trying to wade through the heaps of mismatched clothes to find pjs for my family. I finally gave up and will instead go to the mall where at least there will be a resemblance of order. Whoever the manager is: talk to corporate, you need to hire at least 3 full time staff to keep this place nice. You're losing business from those of us who don't have time to clean up our own mess let alone yours! You'll make more profit if your store is neat and ordered. I gave two stars because I do like their deals and clothes.
