I had a terrible and exhausting time dealing with the Guild Inn about my wedding. Leading up to the wedding, they were impossible to get a hold of on telephone and were very late in responding to emails. The wedding coordinator, Jennifer that I dealt with promised me everything I needed for my wedding but then failed to provide quite a few items on the actual wedding day. When I emailed her to complain after the event, she refused to take responsibility. I escalated the matter to the VP, David Moore, and he too was extremely dismissive of my concerns on the phone and didn't try and work with me to find a solution. I'm shocked at how unprofessional this company is. Google reviews and you will see that this is not an isolated incident. The venue also went way past it's construction deadline and many brides had to get married in an unfinished venue, which they did little to help ameliorate. Shame on the Guild Inn for providing such poor customer service and not being receptive to feedback, especially because they are a new venue and should try and improve their service. How can you be perfect when you just opened? Obviously there will be growing pains but David Moore and his staff refuse to acknowledge this.
