  • I had the worst experience at this place and was treated with zero respect by the OWNER! This happened about 5 months ago, and I just can't seem to let it go so I am finally going to write this review and get it off my chest. I had a massage scheduled, and mind you I am a dental hygienist and was looking forward to this massage all week. I spoke with a lady on the phone who was nice and pleasant! I told her I wanted my main focus on my back instead of my legs and feet... She said that was just fine! I get there, and it's the owner up front... He looks irritated and barley acknowledges me... I walk up to him, and told him I was there for my massage and repeated what I was told over the phone about the back being focused on. He then starts basically yelling at me telling me I'm going to need to pay $50 more for that type of massage and the person who I spoke to in the phone obviously doesn't know what they're talking about and he whispered some other rude things!!! I was appalled. I said "well knowing that one of YOUR employees told me something different I'm assuming you will honor the same price I was quoted, correct? He said nope, absolutely not I don't care what you were told and you will be paying this price as he points at a paper! I stood up and told him to Just forget it and I will not be returning or referring, he says "good" and yells some other stuff on my way out. Stay away!!! At least at massage envy and elements massage they treat you like a person and with respect!!! STAY AWAY.
