  • Poor customer service. I was trying to get my house in NC serviced while we are home for vacation. Waited 2 business days for a phone call for them to schedule a service. Left two messages and spoke to a lady who said that she couldn't schedule me and that a tech would call me later to schedule. He never called. Had to go with another company to have my heat fixed (it's 22 degrees outside)
