rev:text	Newest location for Chatime in downtown Markham, it's opened inside the same building as VIP Cineplex Markham. So far the only accessible entrance to Chatime is the inside entrance as there are still construction all along the plaza. It is a smaller location compared to other locations but interior design is so far the best, with lots of windows allowing light to shine through. Super convenient to grab a drink after the movies although seating might not be plenty. Newly grand opening offering buy one get one free. As usual, with all Chatime locations openings, there's buy one get one but this time the free one you get is only a choice of 3: pearl roasted milk tea, peach green tea and winter melon mousse. I find it a bit disappointing as it limits the one you get for free. The line up was approximately 30mins wait, cashier worked fast to serve as much as possible but what held up the wait was the baristas. As they should of expected there would be a great amount of customers because of the special offer, as well as the day which I went was a Tuesday (half price movies), they needed more than 2 people in the back. So I ended up getting a roasted milk tea with grass jelly and a free pearl roasted milk tea. The milk tea with grass jelly was up to par and tasted as expected like all other locations, but the pearl milk tea one was bad, the milk tea tasted the same but the tapioca was what ruined it! Tapioca is suppose to soft and chewy, but the ones in mine were hard in the middle and soggy/mushy on the outside, super digusting and it's by far the worse tapioca I've ever had! A piece of advice, stick to their top sellers because you can't really go wrong; and as for the ones that's not so popular, there's a reason why....
