  • I needed the carpet cleaned before I could get a new roommate in. Called and received an appt for the next day. The first tech that came out did a great job upstairs, but did a slap-dash job on the stairs and the bottom floor. There are tons more details I'll omit for brevity. I messaged Shawn with pictures of the problems and he sent Matthew out the next morning who did an AMAZING job. He re-cleaned my carpets like crazy and was so nice and professional (and handsome, not that it matters). AND Shawn gave me a full refund, AND a credit towards using them again. I couldn't believe the lengths they went to to make sure I was totally satisfied. And I am! Highly recommend. Give them a call today, you never know how filthy your floors are until you see what they pull out of them.
