  • Air filter not properly installed causing engine to misfire. Cabin air filter half shoved in, cover laying next to it. The mechanic broke my oil filter cap and used blue apoxy to attempt to repair. This resulted in an oil leak. Sloppy, lazy, less-than-half-a$$ work. I can't believe how much I paid for these jerks to break my car. The best part -- this was all supposed to be preventative maintenance. I'm filing a complaint with the state.
