I purchased some products from the store and one of them had a pump which did not work. I took it back to be exchanged for a new one and Sylvia would not exchange it without a receipt. I could understand that if I simply didn't like the product but not exchanging a malfunctioning container is simply horrible customer service!
Needless to say I will never purchase from them again and if this is how they treat product replacement I can't imagine how their other services are.
