  • My daughter had made me a reservation today. Arriving with no desk clerk on duty, only a sign to pick up phone. Finally, another person showed up for work, logged in and got my room. Room 108 is beyond terrible. Toilet seat left with pee on seat. Went to front desk and told them to clean and to bring more towels. Same desk clerk who checked me in earlier was the only one on duty. Maintenance staff had walk off job. There were 3 people in front of me at desk with more maintenance issues, i.e. stoves not working, no a/c, leaking faucets etc. Really! Front desk person (same person) came to room with glove on to clean toilet and forgot to bring towels. He also, said that was awful. Answering main front desk phone by walkie talkie. It was a one man show!!! Pulled bed back and of course found dirty sheets. Hair on sheets and crinkled where someone had laid. No way was I staying at that point. Packed bag and CHECKED OUT. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE EVER!!! Clean up your act people it's awful what your charging for this dump location!!!
